Based on this conviction, Chairman Jay Kim established and has operated the Jay Kim Academy under the Jay Kim Institute for U.S.-Korea Relations since 2012.

Built upon Chairman Jay Kim’s practical experience and global network, the Academy aims to cultivate individuals equipped with international perspective and leadership.
